Review: I used to spy the Comet big box video release of this title under the name Alien Prey in various video stores back in the mid 80’s.Something always felt uneasy in me as I viewed the extremely graphic cover (which interestingly enough came off looking more like a porno than a horror film considering the over abundance of skin on the cover).Yet this one wasn’t fucking around at all by just pretty much laying it all out for you in all it’s glory on the cover:some bit of fucking obviously went seriously wrong and instead of a cumshot we get one serious bloodshot. After a few years of avoiding it like the plague I finally saw it after landing a copy from a drugstore that was selling it as clearance.Recall everyone and their brother jumped on the VHS rental bandwagon back in the glory days. Needless to say I was anything but disappointed.To this day it still packs a nice unpleasant punch and I highly recommend it to anyone who has never seen this obscure gem.
