Description of Cry for Me… movie: Extremely bleak western in the vein of other mean-spirited, unromanticized revisionist westerns of the time period like SOLDIER BLUE and THE HUNTING PARTY. This film tells the story of a disillusioned soldier who falls in love with an indian girl and the two find themselves on the run from a racist army sergeant and his men who are bent on raping and killing anything that moves! Co-stars character actor god Harry Dean Stanton as a whiskey-slugging slack-jaw.
