You will find here a crazy maniac, who likes to dress as a woman and 2 regular police officers who want to arrest him, however they are really occupied fighting with peeping tom, robbers, plus suffering from individual troubles, playing in such horribly made flick. Definitely one of the actresses looks similar to Colleen Brennen. The video quality is the really bad, but the acting is quite normal. Scream in the Streets may become a good film about police, but the direction is really bad. Amazingly includes suitable sports car pursue for a low-budget movie. Not recommended to watch.
