Description: This is a unique and compelling documentary about a fairly famous underground writer/philospher/Discordian Pope/psychedlic magician/quantum psychologist/polio survivor/conspiracy theorist by the name of Robert Anton Wilson, a gifted and prolific writer. This is the only movie ever made about the man. It’s less a biography of him and more of an attempt to transmit some of the ideas he wrote about, gave lectures about, and devoted his life to. If any single statement sums up this movie, its title and Wilson’s world view/belief system, it would be this:

“Is”, “is.” “is”—the idiocy of the word haunts me. If it were abolished, human thought might begin to make sense. I don’t know what anything “is”; I only know how it seems to me at this moment.
